At Custom Paints, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable art. If your custom-designed apparel isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
